Hot Property is back for its fifth amazing series of revamping homes to make them more appealing to prospective buyers.  

The Hot Property team – Petra Bagust, renowned designers Peter Reid and Neil McLachlan, and cheeky handyman Gary Gurr – are back to save the day and help frazzled homeowners transform their homes into sizzling sellers and get the best price possible.  

Our intrepid team and the homeowners break out the paint rollers and power tools – and all those nifty designer touches – to tart up tired spaces and transform the outdoors. Drab becomes fab, and sad becomes sensational.  

Along the way there’s plenty of fun and drama as the homeowners grapple with the DIY and all the decisions that go with it. Will the designs and colours they’ve chosen appeal to buyers? Have they spent so much that they won’t get the money back when they sell?   All will be revealed in the new season of … Hot Property.
